Recipe
Ingredients:
● 1 Baguette (Highly recommend gluten-free)
● 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
● ½ cup finely chopped onions
● ¼ tsp olive oil
● Ground salt
● Ground pepper
● ¼ tsp Zesty Garlic PLUCK seasoning
● 1 tbsp chopped basil
● Dijon mustard
● Optional: goat cheese; micro greens - such as broccoli sprouts as in photo
Directions
- Bake the Baguette according to the package, and slice.
- Mix tomatoes, onions, and basil with olive oil and add salt & pepper to taste.
- Spoon tomato mixture onto crisps and top with a small drop of Dijon mustard.
- Top with micro greens, if desired
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
